1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, browsing, or using StockFaves (stockfaves.com) or any associated services, applications, APIs, or software operated by Redmondsoft Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service & Educational Nature

StockFaves provides real-time quantitative stock screening, visual 5-factor valuation analytics, mathematical algorithmic models, and third-party broker API integrations for Indian equities across the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Informational Platform Only: StockFaves is a software technology tool. We do not provide personalized financial advice, wealth management, portfolio advisory, or execution clearing services.

3. Profit & Loss (P&L) Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk

You explicitly understand, acknowledge, and agree that:

No Profit Guarantee: Financial markets involve substantial uncertainty. No algorithm, rule, signal, or metric generated on StockFaves guarantees profit or immunity against financial loss.
Individual Responsibility for P&L: All profits and losses resulting from your investment or trading actions in the stock market are solely your personal responsibility. Redmondsoft Technologies shall not be held liable for any financial losses, lost profits, portfolio drawdowns, or capital erosion incurred by you.
Independent Diligence: You must conduct your own fundamental, technical, and risk management research before placing real orders on any exchange.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Lawful Usage Use the platform solely in compliance with Indian capital markets regulations and applicable laws.

System Integrity Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, flood, or bypass API rate limits.

Credentials Security You are solely responsible for securing your Google OAuth and Angel One SmartAPI credentials.

Anti-Spam & Abuse Unauthorized commercial redistribution of our proprietary quant scores is strictly prohibited.

5. Broker API Integrations (Angel One SmartAPI)

StockFaves provides optional direct integration with Angel One SmartAPI to allow users to dispatch orders directly to their own demat accounts. You understand that:

StockFaves operates solely as a technical client interface communicating with Angel One's public API endpoints.
Order routing, margin validation, fund settlement, and trade execution are handled entirely by Angel One Ltd.
We do not store your SmartAPI TOTP seeds, PINs, or trading passwords on external servers.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Redmondsoft Technologies, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market volatility, API latency, network downtime, or trade execution discrepancies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redmondsoft Technologies from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
