We stand firmly behind the quality of our quantitative engineering software. If you purchase any fixed-duration Pro Quant Trader plan (₹99 for 30 days or multi-month packages) and determine it does not suit your quantitative workflow, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of initial payment.

7-Day Window Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from payment confirmation.

Duplicate Payments Accidental duplicate UPI transactions are refunded in full automatically upon verification.

Original Payment Route Refunds are processed back to the original source UPI ID or bank account.

No Trading Loss Offsets Refunds apply solely to software access fees, never to stock market trading P&L.

3. Processing Timelines

Once your refund request is verified by our finance team, the credit is initiated within 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on your bank or UPI provider (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), the funds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 banking days.
